Residents of Mount Joy Country Homes will pay a one-time entrance fee and a monthly fee, and may choose from one of three entrance fee refund options – 50%, 65% and 90%. The non-refundable portion of the fee declines 1% per month until it reaches the chosen refund level. The price structure is typical of active adult communities in PA, and the fees themselves are quite reasonable.
