Mount Joy's PA retirement homes is expanding!
The long-term plan is to expand our 8-acre neighborhood into a 34-acre community with 114 cottages, a community center, assisted living residences (20 residents total) and possible commercial space. Currently, this PA retirement community is home to approximately 50 residents in 38 cottages.
The first 10 new cottages (Phase 1A) are expected to be complete in Fall 2010. Reservations for these cottages are being accepted now. The new homes at this Lancaster County retirement community will include three floor plan options with square footage starting at 1,106. The new cottages are designed to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Green Building standards.
